Before we change anything, we look at how you work.

The first step is always the same: a process analysis. We look at how you work today — not how it ought to work on paper — and from there you can see where time is lost and what is worth tackling first.

What you are left with

  • The friction points, in order.

Where the work jams, why, and which one is worth removing first.

  • Your processes, written down.

How things work today, in black and white and all in one place.

  • A meeting to talk them through.

Not a document that arrives by post: we sit down and tell you what we saw.

It is paid work, and that is deliberate

This is not free consulting dressed up as a quote. The analysis is paid because it is worth something on its own: if we then do nothing together, what you are holding stays yours and keeps being useful.

What it costs depends on how big you are and how many systems are involved, so there is no price list: we agree it before starting, and you know it before you say yes.

And if we do work together afterwards, the cost of the analysis comes off the project.

How long it takes

It depends on how many people there are to listen to and how many systems to look at. We agree it together at the start, not along the way.

It starts with telling us.

Nothing to prepare: just the process that costs you the most time today, described as it is. From there you can see whether an analysis makes sense, and how big it needs to be.
