A method is judged on things that run.

What we sell is expertise and method: we look at how you work and take out the steps that serve no purpose. And when something has to be built, we build it — and we stay to keep it running. We work from Ticino, across Switzerland.

The name says the method.

Lean means taking away. Before proposing a new tool we look at which steps can be removed, and which of the systems you already have can stop ignoring each other.

It is a harder sell than a full rebuild, and it usually leaves you with fewer things to keep running. It does not always end in software: sometimes the answer is to switch a step off, not to automate it.
